Shipping policy

 

Orders with product(s) valued at $500 and up (not including tax) will qualify for free standard shipping domestically.

Orders of singles and booster packs valued below $500 will be charged a fee based on the number of packs.

1 pack/single = $ 1.00
2-10 packs/singles = $3.00
11-25 packs/singles = $4.00

Shipping costs for other items will be determined at checkout based on package weight and location.

Most orders will ship the same day (or next business day) of the order and payment being captured. If it has been 3 business days since you've placed an order and your package hasn't shipped, message us at helpdesk@kcgtcg.com and we will look into your inquiry as soon as we can.

Packages marked as "Delivered" are subject to the TCG Refund Policy.

All items will be sufficiently protected when packaged, but if you'd like additional shipping services or protection for your parcel, please see our Shipping Add-Ons page for services like delivery with signature requirement and dual-layer packaging.

For orders with signature on delivery, please inspect the package and ensure the tamper proof tape is intact. Refuse delivery if the packaging or tamper proof tape sustained damage during transit. Signature delivery may be added to your package at our discretion at no additional cost to you.

We don't ship internationally at this time.
